What are Micronutrients & why are they important?

About 1 in 10 Americans eat an adequate amount to get enough vitamins and minerals (5-7 servings of a variety of fruits and vegetables)

Micronutrients are what put our food to work. If we are lacking in them, our bodies won't focus on building things like new muscle tissue. It instead uses them towards basic bodily functions. It can also lead to a lack of energy which can leave us feeling run down throughout the day. It's hard to get movement in when you are tired!

Micronutrients are crucial for utilizing the nutrients from our macronutrients

  • Main Benefits:

    • Healthy Metabolic Functions

    • Improve Muscle Recovery

    • Promote Better Energy Production

    • Increase Cognitive Function

To help fill micronutrient gaps I use and recommend Micro Factor. It comes in a powder or a pill packet and covers all known and unknown micronutrient gaps.
